Mr. Larkins is President and Chief Executive Officer of Key Equipment Finance. Prior to joining Key Equipment Finance, Mr. Larkins was the Senior Executive Vice President of Key Equipment Finance-Commercial Leasing Services (formerly KeyCorp Leasing), and a Senior Vice President of KeyBank U.S.A., N.A. Prior to joining Key in 1993, Mr. Larkins held various executive positions at USL Capital and IBM. Mr. Larkins serves on the statewide (New York) board of the SUNY Research Foundation, the Board of the Equipment Leasing Association, and the Advisory Board of the University of Colorado's School of Business.

Melisa Carter, SVP Corporate Development, Key Equipment Finance
Ms. Carter was named Senior Vice President, Corporate Development of Key Equipment Finance in 1998. Previously Ms. Carter was Vice President, Corporate Development of Key Equipment Finance-Commercial Leasing Services (formerly KeyCorp Leasing). Carter has more than 20 years experience in the equipment leasing industry. Prior to joining KeyCorp, Carter spent 14 years at USL Capital/U.S. Leasing Corporation where she held various senior management positions.

Bill Bridges, SVP Global Business Development, Key Equipment Finance
Mr. Bridges was named Senior Vice President, Global Business Development and Strategic Planning in 2000. Mr. Bridges joined Key Equipment Finance in 1999 as Vice President, Worldwide Business Development. Prior to joining Key, he spent approximately ten years at Newcourt Financial (formerly AT&T Capital) and over ten years at U.S. Leasing Corporation.

Andy Mesches, EVP Risk Management, Key Equipment Finance
Mr. Mesches was named Executive Vice President of Key Equipment Finance upon its formation in 1998. Mesches previously held the position of Executive Vice President, Key Equipment Finance-Commercial Leasing Services (formerly KeyCorp Leasing) since April of 1995, when he joined KeyCorp. Prior to joining Key, Mr. Mesches held the position of Senior Vice President of Banc One Leasing Corporation. Additionally, Mr. Mesches spent 10 years at U.S. Leasing Corporation in various management roles, most recently as Vice President.

Mr. Pfeiffenberger has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Key Equipment Finance since March, 1998. Prior to joining Key Equipment Finance, Pfeiffenberger held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AT&T Capital Leasing Services. Pfeiffenberger also spent 18 years at NCR Corporation where he held various positions that led to his being named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NCR Credit Corporation.

Mr. Fitzgibbons has been with KeyCorp for 30 years. He began his career as an Auditor for KeyBank of Central New York. Subsequently he held several positions including Executive Vice President of Key Mortgage Funding, Inc., Executive Vice President of KeyBank USA N.A., and Executive Vice President of Key Equipment Finance-Commercial Leasing Services (formerly KeyCorp Leasing) that led to his current position at Key Equipment Finance.

Karen Larson, President and COO, Key Equipment Finance-Global Vendor Services
Ms. Larson was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Key Equipment Finance-Global Vendor Services (formerly Leasetec Corporation) in July of 2000. Larson has 20 years experience working in the equipment-leasing arena. She joined Key Equipment Finance in 1997 as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Business Development and Strategic Planning. Prior to joining Key Equipment Finance, Larson spent 12 years with AT&T Capital Corporation where she most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Computer Leasing.

Rick Remiker, President and COO, Key Equipment Finance-Commercial Leasing Services
Mr. Remiker was named President and COO of Key Equipment Finance-Commercial Leasing Services (formerly KeyCorp Leasing) in 1999. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Remiker was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Business Integration for Key Equipment Finance. Previously, Mr. Remiker was Senior Vice President and National Business Unit Manager of Key Equipment Finance-Commercial Leasing Services (formerly KeyCorp Leasing). Mr. Remiker joined KeyCorp Leasing in 1994. Prior to joining Key, he worked for DeLage Landen Financial Services (formerly Tokai Financial Services), U.S. Leasing Corporation, and CIT.

Nicole R. Jantze, SVP Human Resources and Facilities Management
Nicole Jantze was named senior vice president of human resources and facilities management in 2001. She is responsible for managing Key Equipment Finance's global human resources programs and benefits, and overseeing corporate facilities in 25 countries. Previously, Jantze was director and vice president of human resources for the interactive division of XO Communications (formerly NEXTLINK Communications). She also served as human resources manager for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and held human resources and training positions with Hilton Hotels Corporation. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Jeanne Early Poe, SVP and General Counsel
Jeanne Early Poe joined Key Equipment Finance (then KeyCorp Leasing) in May 1995 as assistant counsel and was appointed senior vice president and general counsel in 2001. In this role, Poe coordinates legal services for Key Equipment Finance's worldwide operations. Before her work at Key, Poe was litigation manager at ITT Capital Finance, a division of ITT Commercial Finance Corp. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in education and her juris doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
